About Me

I am a determined, organized, and detail-oriented Italian girl who relocated to the USA to pursue veterinary studies, driven by my deep passion for horses. I am eager to gain any experience that enhances my knowledge in this field.

Currently a sophomore at Colorado State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology on the Pre-Veterinary Track (Class of 2028).

Setting up the operating room, acquiring instrumentation and equipment. Patient positioning, clipping, and aseptic preparation of the surgical site. Keeping track of supplies, cleaning and restocking the operating room.

Assisted an equine veterinarian specialized in thoroughbred medicine and selection. Observed pre-sale veterinary assessments and health evaluations of high-value thoroughbred horses. Gained exposure to diagnostic reasoning and treatment planning in the context of performance and sale suitability.

Hippotherapy Program Volunteer

Assisted in hippotherapy sessions, gaining exposure to the role of horses in therapeutic and rehabilitative programs.
